Front of House Manager.
Ideally someone from 4* Deluxe, 5* background, very personable, but big on standards, interactive and disciplined.
Role reports to Assist. Dir. of Rooms and Rooms Division Manager and has responsibility over Reception, Guest Services (Porters), Guest Relations (Concierge) & Doorman – total 14-15 pax
Nights reporting to Assist. Dir. of Rooms and Rooms Division Manager.
Current Reception Manager that this role would be replacing is relocation to London for personal reasons.
Will pay 35-40k
Front Office Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team here at Powerscourt Hotel.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Rooms Division, the Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that standards are maintained for all positions within Front Office. The Front Office Manager will be responsible to guide Front Office departments in achieving our strategic directions through continual focus and reference to Powerscourt strategies and vision. The Front Office Manager also serves as a resource to the overall operations of the hotel providing assistance and direction as needed.
