Executive Sous Chef – Kildare
We are currently recruiting an Executive Sous Chef for our client, a fantastic resort in Leinster. The suitable candidate will be working alongside a very accomplished Executive Head Chef & co-leading a large chef brigade. We are looking forward to speaking to talented motivated and passionate candidates with at least 2 years’ experience at Sous Chef level or 3 to 5 years at Senior CDP level within a 4 or 5* hotel environment. Additionally experience with volume and proficiency in cost control would be required.
